(1) Vendor needs to provide hazard mapping and inclusive vulnerability assessment service to the government authority located in New York. • Produce micro–level, open–source GIS hotspot mapping: Translate the current and future climate scenarios into high–resolution spatial maps that highlight where the hazards are currently being realised within the city and how this will change in the future.• Evaluate the probability, frequency, intensity, scale, and spatial distribution of current and future climate hazards, including extreme urban heat, flash flooding, riverine inundation, and water scarcity(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026.
