LEGAL-17207 - USA (Long Branch, New Jersey) - Legal Services - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Long Branch, NJ.– Serve as legal advisor to the agency board of commissioners (BOC) and the agency executive director (ED), or designee– Advise on regulations pertaining to Federal, State, and local government, including housing, real estate, procurement, and contractual issues– Advise on employment issues, personnel rules, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, workers’ compensation, and OSHA compliance, when so directed– Confer with and advise the officers, employees, and members of the Board of Commissioners on legal matters when requested.– Draft and/or review legal documents, papers, contracts, agreements, certifications, resolutions, specifications, bonds, waivers, and such other legal drafting as may be required.– Appear for and represent the Agency in court in all litigated matters, except as otherwise provided.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
