(1) Vendor needs to provide silver, blue magazine printing and mailing services to the government authority located in NV.• Provide printing, mailing and distribution services for Nevada Silver & Blue, the University's biannual alumni magazine.• The selected contractor will provide production support including file review and proofing, printing, binding, mailing data processing, postal preparation, mailing and overage–copy fulfilment.– File Review and Proofing• Receive and process University–supplied production files.• Conduct file review and identify potential production concerns.• Provide online proofs for University review and approval.• Provide color proofs and paginated proofs when requested.• Support press checks when requested.– Printing and Binding• Print issues of Nevada Silver & Blue according to University specifications.• Provide saddle stitching as the standard binding method.• Provide perfect binding when requested by the University.• Support specialty production enhancements when requested, separately quoted, and approved by the University• Editorial planning, content development, copywriting, or proofreading.• Magazine design, layout, art direction or production of creative assets.• Photography, illustration, or other creative services.• Advertising sales, advertising strategy or sponsor acquisition.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
