CONS-23366 - USA (Modesto, California) - Materials Testing Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide materials testing services perform on–site material testing and quality control inspection, laboratory testing, and existing pavement analysis for various construction and design projects around the county to the government authority located in Modesto, CA.• The scope of services for project management includes, but is not limited to, conducting project kick–off meetings or conference calls with county staff, developing and maintaining project schedules, quality control and assurance, effective management of staff and subconsultants.• The consultant, including any third–party testing laboratories, shall have a quality assurance program to verify that acceptance testing is being performed correctly with properly calibrated equipment in good working order.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
