(1) Vendor needs to provide design and civil engineering services to the government authority located in North Smithfield, RI. • Preparing landscape design and engineering plans for the redevelopment of the former school site as a passive recreation area• Repave existing 867 feet of entrance road along with installation of 870 feet of wood guardrail• Installation of 900 linear feet of sidewalk to parallel entrance road connecting the passive recreation are to sidewalks along Victory Highway. Installation of sidewalk may require reduction in entrance road width.• Repave and stripe 15,000 square feet of existing paved area for visitor parking• Remove 800 linear feet of deteriorated road and 16,800 square feet of deteriorated, former parking area• Installation of 900 linear feet of asphalt walking trail or other material consistent with ADA requirements.
