(1) Vendor needs to provide land and real estate broker services to the government authority located in Olathe, KS.– Professional land broker services to market, negotiate, and facilitate the sale of district–owned land and buildings.– Perform market analyses, including determining the estimated fair market value of potential dispositions, and creating a structured plan for selling, transferring, or exiting ownership of a real estate asset.– Research and analyse inventories of vacant/available spaces and recent leasing activity.– Commercial lease services where the district is landlord or tenant (including inter alia, lease renewals/extensions negotiations and rent renegotiations); – Negotiate, together with the district, to acquire a variety of real estate interests in a manner consistent with the strategy selected by the district; – Perform such other real estate broker services on a confidential basis as required by the district.
