(1) Vendor needs to provide building envelope and fall protection consulting services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.• Condition Surveys of Selected Building Envelope:– Roofing System: Review all available as–constructed drawings and documents for roof configuration, construction, and materials, including initial construction and any later re–roofs. Subsequently, conduct a thorough visual field survey.• The survey shall include: the identification of the existing roof system (i.e. BUR, metal, single ply, etc., including UL fire rating); identification and condition of existing roof insulation and R value; core samples of existing agency systems to determine weight, construction quality, degree and extent ofmoisture penetration, number of plies, deck condition, asbestos content, etc.• Exterior Walls and Cladding: Review all available as–constructed drawings and documents for exterior walls and cladding configuration, construction, and materials, including initial construction and any later renovations. – Subsequently, conduct a thorough visual field survey.• Management Plan: Based on survey results, provide a 20–year management planfor all designated building envelopes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
