Multi-Family Roofing Replacement Project

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for multi-family roofing replacement project. The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. The term of this Agreement will be for five- years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with no options to extend . This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal.
