DISPOS-9249 - USA (Delray Beach, Florida) - Wet Lime Sludge Removal and Disposal Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide wet lime sludge removal and disposal service to the government authority located in Delray Beach, FL. – Maintain all necessary permits for transport and disposal of the lime sludge produced.– Remove and dispose of the wet sludge material from the water treatment plant in accordance with the contract documents and without any interference to the operations of the water treatment plant facility.– Give a 24–hour minimum notice to the contractor for all pickups.– Completely remove and sanitize any spillage, accidental or otherwise, which occurs on or off the city site.– Wet sludge off site by truck to contractor selected landfill, copies of each weight ticket from disposal facility by the truckload shall be provided to the city utilities department.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
