Description
Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of modular cubicles and furniture for its offices. The scope of work includes providing new or gently used high-quality modular cubicles and office furniture. The Contractor will be responsible for designing the layout of the cubicles to fit the room specifications provided by PWP. The Contractor will also be responsible for delivery and assembly/installation of cubicles and furniture, including placement in the offices as per PWP's request. Floorplans will be provided in the "Attachments" section. Room and measurement specifications are approximate. Floorplans are not to scale. While Contractor is expected to propose a layout design, PWP reserves the right to make modifications to the final layout. PWP prefers cubicles and furniture that are in stock and can be delivered/installed within ten (10) business days of order. There will be a pre-proposal meeting scheduled at the PWP offices for Contractors to view the spaces and take measurements.
