(1) Vendor needs to provide food security program service to the government authority located in Hilo, HI. – Provide support collaboration, innovation, resource development, and programmatic sustainability throughout the food system to increase access to locally produced food among low–income residents, reduce food waste, and improve community disaster resilience.– Support farm to school, place–based, agriculture, and garden–based nutrition or food safety education programs that promote environmental stewardship and improve educational and health outcomes.– Support outreach for nutrition access programs to provide food assistance and education to low–income individuals, families, seniors and children to reduce food insecurity and promote health.– Support development and management of shared community resources such as shared use infrastructure, gardens, and waters to provide subsistence food and resources.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
