Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure improvement program services to the government authority located in NC.– Provide continuation program management and staff augmentation services for its utilities field office, with an expanded focus on both wastewater collection and water distribution system operations.– Asset condition assessment and prioritization with regard to the distribution system, collection system, stormwater system and the existing agency pavement condition assessment.– Optimize staffing utilization and contractor support.– Business processing optimization.– Improve coordination and prioritization of field work.– Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies and improved business processes.– Collection system:– Condition Assessment– Sewer main line cleaning, closed circuit television inspection, smoke testing, and manhole inspection with mileage targets determined by funding and system priorities.– Prioritization of identified defect repairs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
