(1) Vendor needs to provide general counsel service to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ. – Provide serve as legal counsel for the housing authority of the city in court proceedings and litigation.– Preparation of legal documents such as contracts, leases, petitions, depositions, answers, and motions.– Advise managerial staff on matters pertaining to legal rights, obligations, and other phases of law.– Review constitution, legislative decisions, and other legal documents for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to provide legal advice.– Provide legal advice and assistance regarding contracts, leases, development agreements, redevelopment projects, and other legal instruments as requested by the authority.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
