HEALTH-10631 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outpatient substance use disorder treatment services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – The Provider shall utilize interventions that challenge cognitive distortions and maladaptive behaviors, attend to gender specific issues, identify behavioral triggers of relapse, promote rehearsal of pro–social behaviors and emphasize positive reinforcement for appropriate behavior.– A co–occurring disorder is the presence of substance use and mental health disorders (including trauma) occurring simultaneously without implication as to the causal effect of one over the other, nor which disorder is primary versus secondary.– Mental health disorders should ensure both conditions are addressed in treatment.– Treatment services. – Outpatient group counselling.– Bio–psychosocial assessment.– Intensive outpatient group counselling. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
