(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology (IT) consulting and management services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ. • Able to provide technical assistance and system administration related to the computer and network system• Responsible for troubleshooting computer problems, maintaining servers, maintaining printers and scanners, maintaining the network to prepare for future needs, and preventing\managing technical issues.• Provide pass–through invoicing for Microsoft Office 365 support services, when applicable• Document information system processes and procedures and assist with network security• Daily on–line real time monitoring of critical functions• Maintain Azure AD Connect and Active Directory Security management• Maintain proper functioning profiles and configurations• Install\Configure new workstations when requested• Telephone Management and Support through RingCentral (VOIP)• Install\Configure new network devices when requested• Provide services and support to integrate existing on–site Active Directory and Office 365 into a single sign–on process(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 28, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for two years.
