(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Georgia. – The project includes approximately 35,005 square feet of renovation across two existing public safety facilities. Architectural and engineering services will be provided by goodwyn mills cawood.• Preconstruction planning and design support• Constructability reviews and value engineering• Cost Estimating• Development of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)• Sub–contractor Procurement• Quality Control and safety management• Occupied facility coordination• Security and police operations coordination• Commissioning, closeout, warranties and record documents(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 30, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7th, 2026.
