Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Niederlassung Dortmund beabsichtigt den Neubau der Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) Iserlohn. Die Adresse lautet: Heidestraße 41, 58640 Iserlohn Dabei sollen baubegleitend für die Vorabmaßnahmen (Schadstoffsanierung, Abbruch der Anstalt und Neubau der Haftmauer) Lärm- und Erschütterungsmessung durchgeführt werden. Die Lärmmessungen sollen an drei Messstellen erfolgen, die Erschütterungsmessungen an 6 Messstellen. Die Messpunkte werden dann vor Ort gemeinsam mit der Bauleitung festgelegt.
