(1) Vendor needs to provide national home inspector examination administration service to the government authority located in Nashville, TN. • Administer examinations via computer–based testing using equipment provided by the contractor at permanent, secure testing centers maintained and staffed by the contractor.• Provide examination candidates with multiple registration and support options, including a toll–free telephone number, fax number, and online registration, including scheduling, and general inquiries• Provide score reports to candidates immediately upon completion of the examination.• Provide failing candidates with diagnostic score reports that include performance analysis for each examination content area and the candidate’s relative performance level.• Data analytics reports: candidate statistics, including pass/fail ratios, overall passing and failing percentage rates, and performance metrics for first–time examination candidates
