(1) Vendor needs to provide workplace investigation services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA.– Provide professional, impartial, and timely workplace investigation services.• Develop an investigation plan based on the allegations, evidence needs, witnesses, and required documentation. • Conduct virtual or in person interviews of complainants, respondents, and witnesses as determined by the needs of the city. • Review relevant records, including personnel files, documentation, emails, and any physical or electronic evidence. • Maintain accurate, confidential investigative records consistent with professional standards and legal requirements. • Consultants shall not provide legal advice, representation, or employment decision making, unless expressly requested in writing. • Consultant services are limited strictly to fact finding and reporting, unless expressly requested in writing to provide recommendations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
