(1) Vendor needs to provide outsourced information technology and managed services to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS.– Manage a full range of technology services, including technology and communications hardware and software, onsite and offsite monitoring and repair, client help desk support, backups, disaster recover, networking and monitoring, network administration and security, applications management, database administration, emergency response, and proactive improvements for efficient service delivery.– Initial assessment, computer inventory, and disposal.– Help desk remote, and onsite support.– Server administration services.– Network administration services.– Strategic planning.– Phone and copier, scanner, printer network support.– Provide assistance in public records key word searches through active and archived email and network files of current and former employees.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
