(1) Vendor needs to provide coordinated intake services to the government authority located in Francisco, CA.• To develop a Coordinated Legal intake System to integrate intake and referrals across multiple State Bar–funded legal aid organizations.• The vendor is responsible for the development, partnerships capacity building, and expertise required for a Coordinated Legal Intake System, which may include:• Implementation Plan;• In language Development Plans to ensure language capacity;• Technology Development Plan;• Marketing Plan;• Evaluation Plan;• A Staffing Plan;• Additional Hiring Evaluation for increased Coordinated Intake capacity;• Screening Protocols/ Procedures/ Agreements;• Confidentiality, Data Sharing and Data Security Protocols;• Vendor data reports to identify service gaps for underserved populations; and• Vendor report on system impact (e.g., clients served for each– The Vendor will also conduct the technological development, research, evaluation, and reporting required of a Coordinated Intake System, which may include:• Technology Timeline/Milestone Plan;• Research into existing Coordinated Intake/ Entry Systems;• Select and purchase necessary technology (e.g., AI tools, case management systems);• Conduct testing of software and tools, while evaluating them for implementation feasibility;• Development of organizational training plan for the project technology; and(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
