(1) Vendor needs to provide E–field monitoring equipment supplies and services to acquire high–precision Radiation Hazard (RADHAZ) measurement systems capable of accurately assessing modern, fast–pulsing waveforms found in advanced radar and electronic warfare environments to the government authority located in Fort Huachuca, AZ.• Form Factor: Ruggedized handheld unit.• Dimensions: Maximum 315 mm x 95 mm x 55 mm (excluding probe).• Weight: Maximum 700 g (including battery).• Display: Minimum 5–inch sunlight–readable color TFT–LCD (1280 x 720 HD resolution).• Power System: Replaceable Li–Ion rechargeable battery providing at least 15 hours of nominal operation.• Charging: Support for USB–C Power Delivery (PD).• Interface: Digital probe interface that eliminates the need for separate meter calibration.• Connectivity: USB–C, Gigabit Ethernet, and Optical interfaces.• Environmental Protection: Ingress Protection rating of IP54 or better.• Integrated Sensors: Must include internal sensors for temperature, humidity, and air pressure for automated environmental logging(2) A non–mandatory virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on July 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
