(1) Vendor needs to provide line stop services on the full–spectrum of sizes found in a typical water distribution system to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.– Contractor must be available to respond to emergency services three–hundred–sixty–five (365) days per year, 24 hours per day and within four (4) hours of request for emergency services by the bureau of water.
