(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational and physical therapy services to the government authority located in Connecticut. • Provide up to 25,000 hours of occupational therapy needs and up to 10,000 hours of physical therapy needs and other related work under the direction of District personnel• Occupational therapists and physical therapists provided by the proposer will collaborate, train, assist, coteach, provide professional development, and consult with staff when requested by the district• Provide highly qualified therapists who utilize best practices and research–based interventions within the standards of the profession or as set forth by the district.• Supervise its therapists and monitor services provided and time billed by each and insure adherence to the terms of the contract.• Occupational therapist and physical therapist shall provide timely and complete reports as requested by staff(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 12, 2026.
