Procurement of SD WAN for field offices — Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project

Request for Quotations The Project Implementation Unit, Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Govt. of Punjab has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following procurements: “Procurement of SD WAN for field offices” The quotations are invited from well reputed registered Firms / Companies having NTN and GST Registration for the supply of above-mentioned items. The complete quotations along with all required documents as requested in the RFQ must reach this office by September 30, 2026 till 11:00 AM. Any quotation received after the scheduled time shall not be entertained and would be returned unopened. Request for Quotations (RFQ) document can be obtained from this office during office working hours or downloaded from the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement Project’s website: https://pulse.gop.pk/ free of cost. Procurement will be conducted through the Request for Quotations procedure, as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers –November-2020, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Firms / Companies are requested to give their best and final prices as negotiations are not allowed. The Quotations shall be valid for a period as specified in the Request for Quotations document.
