(1) Vendor needs to provide community wildfire protection plan development service to the government authority located in Palmer, AK. – To identify wildfire risks, assess community vulnerabilities, prioritize fuels mitigation and wildfire preparedness projects, improve interagency coordination, and support long–term wildfire resilience planning.– Provide all personnel, supervision, travel, materials, equipment, technical expertise, and professional services necessary to develop a comprehensive.• Reflect community priorities and stakeholder input; • Identify and prioritize wildfire mitigation opportunities; • Support future eligibility for federal and State wildfire mitigation funding opportunities; • Incorporate wildfire risk assessment, GIS analysis, and implementation recommendations; • Be suitable for public distribution and long–term operational use by agency and participating communities.• Project management and coordination• Community and stakeholder engagement• Wildfire risk assessment• GIS mapping and spatial analysis• Community wildfire protection plan development(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2026.
