Request for Qualifications 10275-0-2024/AM – Prequalification for Vendors to Provide Furniture for Community Services Board Clients

THIS POSTING IS AN ADVANCE NOTICE TO ALLOW VENDORS TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS ARE POSTED. The CSB receives grant funding from the Commonwealth of Virginia for Permanent Supportive Housing targeted to the homeless population, Housing and Supportive Services Flexible Funding, which is targeted to individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as other funding streams. This allocation allows the CSB to provide individuals entering independent housing for the first time with basic household and furniture items. Sixty (60) clients are the estimated to be served annually. The City’s intention is to prequalify as many vendors as possible. The use of the particular vendor and the selection of particular furniture within the allotted dollar limits will be the decision of CSB clients.
