(1) Vendor needs to provide interim leadership and operational review consulting services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY.         – Provide an experienced professional to serve as the on–site Interim facility administrator, assuming full operational and administrative authority over the facility.– Contract is to stabilize the workplace culture, mitigate institutional risk, and optimize operations to ensure a seamless transition for a permanent leadership placement.– This includes executing a rigorous assessment of current personnel, implementing strict accountability frameworks, executing necessary staffing actions to align with organizational standards, and conducting a thorough audit and revision of existing policies and procedures.– A master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public administration, or a closely related field is highly preferred.– Change management and turnaround leadership.– Transition and onboarding support.– Human resources and performance management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
