(1) Vendor needs to provide vending machine operator services to the government authority located in Sheridan, WY. – Qualified and experienced vending machine operators to provide, install, operate, maintain, stock and manage vending machines within designated secure/sterile areas of the agency. – provide convenient food, beverage, and/or other approved vending products to passengers, airport employees, tenants, contractors, and other authorized individuals who have access to the secure area.• Furnish, deliver, install, operate, maintain, repair, and replace vending machines at locations designated by the agency:– Be commercial–grade and suitable for continuous public use– Be clean, attractive, modern, and in good working condition– Meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements– Be energy efficient where reasonably practicable– Clearly display prices– Provide receipts where applicable– Provide appropriate accessibility features• Provide a balanced selection of products appropriate for an airport environment:• Beverages:– Bottled water– Carbonated beverages– Juice and juice beverages– Sports drinks– Energy drinks• Food and snacks:– Packaged sandwiches and wraps– Salads– Fresh or packaged fruit– Granola/protein bars– Chips and snack foods– Crackers– Nuts– Candy– Baked goods(2) The contract period will be for three years.
