(1) Vendor needs to provide external evaluator services for cannabis awareness & prevention program to the government authority located in Martinez, CA.– Develop and administer an online pre– and post–training survey for spokesperson training participants to assess knowledge, confidence, preparedness, training feedback, and technical assistance needs.– Pre–, midpoint, and post–surveys will be developed and administered to measure changes in youth knowledge, skills, preparedness, and satisfaction with leadership activities.– Evaluator will develop one evaluation report documenting project history, strategies, implementation, outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations. – The report will include content analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics, and data visualizations.– Responsible for implementing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and missing–data management procedures across all quantitative and qualitative collection streams. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 03, 2026.
