(1) Vendor needs to provide assisted living and independent living facility services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Provides safe and appropriate housing, nutritionally adequate meals and snacks, personal care, supervision, assistance with activities of daily living, assistance with self–administration of medications and medication management as permitted by law, housekeeping and laundry services; social and recreational activities.– Limited nursing services.– Limited mental services.– Provides a residential setting for residents assessed as able to live safely in a less restrictive environment without supervision or assistance with activities of daily living.– Supports independent living combined with an enhanced health stabilization and support component for individuals who can live independently but still benefit from structured health care coordination and support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
