(1) Vendor needs to provide property inventory and preliminary analysis services.to the government authority located in Larimer, CO.– Community and Stakeholder Engagement Process and Communications Coordinationo Coordination with Town staff regarding engagement goals and methods.o Public meetings or open houses to present project information and gather feedback.o Stakeholder engagement with relevant community organizations, property owners, housing partners, and other interested parties.o Outreach strategies intended to encourage participation from underrepresented populations and residents or workers experiencing housing cost burdens– Town–Owned and Town Partner–Owned Property Inventory and Existing Conditions Reviewo Identify and inventory 10–15 properties owned by the Town or a community housing partner (Wellington Housing Authority, Wellington Community Housing, Housing Catalyst).o Compile and organize available property information, including ownership, parcel size, existing improvements, current land use, zoning, and surrounding development context.– Infrastructure, Financing, and Implementation Strategyo Evaluate infrastructure improvements and development requirements for the priority sites.o Identify funding opportunities, including Proposition 123 programs, state and federal grants, and other financing strategies and possible public/private partnerships to support future affordable housing development.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
