EXTRA-73999 - USA (Aurora, Colorado) - Pilot Test Plan Development Service - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pilot test plan development service to the government authority located in Aurora, CO. – Provide engineering services for the planning, installation, commissioning, operation, and documentation of a filter pilot at the agency.– Develop a plan (may include drawings as needed) to install the pilot equipment (including hydraulic and electrical connections and a temporary structure if required), and coordinate with the agency’s maintenance staff on installation of the pilot equipment.– Provide services to commission and/or stabilize the pilot equipment.– Develop a final pilot report that includes recommended basis of design criteria and a cost estimate for the for the new filter facility. • Project management• Pilot design• Pilot operation• Capital and life cycle cost assessment(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) Pre–bid conference will be held on August 12, 2026.
