(1) Vendor needs to provide digital scoreboards systems to the government authority located in Rock Hill, SC. • Provide, deliver, and install new digital scoreboards at the districts’ two football stadiums.• Software.• Wireless communications.• Graphic overlays.• Scoreboard.• Video display.• Control equipment.• Delay–of–game timers.• Sound system (District 3 South only).• Control integration.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on August 24, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
