(1) Vendor needs to provide lobbying services to the government authority located in Colorado Springs, CO. – Identify state legislative or executive branch matters of potential importance to the city government.– Provide advice, recommendations, and support services including correspondence, briefing papers, talking points, written summaries, and materials prepared by or available.– Coordinate and participate in regularly scheduled conference calls or meetings.– Provide recommendations for proactive actions that will benefit the city.– Implement recommendations as approved.– Services will include direct lobbying, consultation with the municipal league, strategic analysis, and communication of interests on behalf of the city.– Provide comprehensive federal lobbying and strategic advisory services to advance the city’s legislative and funding priorities at the federal level.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
