Description
The Work under this Project consists of construction of a new maintenance building with work area to house welding area, sandblasting area, tool lockers, flammable lockers, new storage racks, new steel workbenches, air compressor, new bridge crane, and equipment sinks. The building shall also include office rooms, toilets, electrical and instrumentation controls, piping and appurtenances, and associated building systems. The air compressor (qty 1), unit heaters (qty 2), and welder (qty 1) will be furnished by the owner and shall be installed by the Contractor. Please see the construction documents for details.
