(1) Vendor needs to provide scrap tires and rubber recycling services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• Provide recycling of scrap tires and rubber including pick up/removal, waste diversion, and disposal service• Scrap Tire Storage Site: A agency–registered facility with more than 500 used or scrap tires and scrap tire rubber (or weight equivalent tire pieces or any combination thereof) on the ground or more than 2,000 used or scrap tires and scrap tire rubber (or weight equivalent tire pieces or any combination thereof) in enclosed and lockable container• Scrap Tire Facility: A agency registered facility that accepts scrap tires and scrap tire rubber for processing that includes, but is not limited to, shredding, baling, recycling, and energy recovery• Rubber: Refers to scrap tire rubber as well as other rubber products like bike tires that could be recycled, reused, or otherwise diverted(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026
