(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling and food scraps message testing and evaluation services to the government authority located in Apple Valley, MN.– Provide recycling and food scraps collection messaging (e.g., terms, images and resources) that surfaced during the latest research project. – Test adapted recycling and food scraps messaging on county residents to address areas of confusion.– Identify which adaptions resonate best with the residents.– identity any additional improvements to adapted messages for the agency to develop foundational messaging in preparation for the rollout of curb side food scraps collection.– Implement methodology(ies), collect and document all data.– provide a concise draft report to agency staff, including but not limited to: an executive summary, a summary of results key findings, recommendations for message adaptations and appropriate graphics.– Provide a concise, final report that incorporates suggested revisions from agency and meets digital accessibility requirements and an Excel file of the raw data.– Provide all documents in electronic format, submitted before contract expiration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
