EXTRA-78916 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Planning, Environmental Linkage Study and Access Control Plan Engineering Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide planning, environmental linkage study and access control plan engineering services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• This project is intended to examine the need for corridor improvements, as well as producing preliminary design (for establishing ROW, Utility, and Environmental impacts), cost estimates and funding, scheduling and phasing recommendations to achieve them. The primary goals are to:– Identify projects for improved capacity.– Identify projects for improved operations.– Identify projects for improved safety.– Identify major utilities (proposed and existing) at conflict points– Identify future ROW footprint needs for the corridor.– Identify Environmental impacts within the future ROW footprint• The Consultant is responsible for conducting project coordination, federal, state and local agency coordination, public participation, traffic modeling, feasibility study, conceptual design and alternatives analysis, socioeconomic environmental and design data collection and analysis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
