Vendor needs to provide consultant services to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.• The Consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the City’s cemetery operations and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance,customer service, and long–term strategic planning.• The Consultant will conduct an in–depth, comprehensive assessment of the cemeteries’ operations, organizational structure, business practices, financial management, records management, maintenance operations, technology systems, regulatory compliance, and customer service functions.• The assessment shall identify strengths, challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to support the City's operational and strategic goals.• The consultant will prepare a comprehensive report detailing findings, recommendations, implementation priorities, estimated resource requirements, and a roadmap for implementation.
