THERE ARE THREE RFPs ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FORM 470. Please review all details in the attached RFPS to verify products and quantities. YOU MUST REFER TO EACH ASSOCIATED RFP for specific quantities and details. Please reference Form 470 #270003940 on all correspondence. Note that the Applicant seeks separate bids for each of the three RFPs and reserves the right to select a single or multiple vendors for these products and services to maximize the cost effectiveness for the Applicant. Vendors choosing to bid on more than one RFP may provide a single response so long as there are separate and clearly labeled sections for the RFPs being responded to. Vendors need not bid on all three of the RFPs. ------------------------------ The Applicant is seeking proposals for a project to supply and optionally install network equipment at its eligible locations.
