(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager–at–risk services to the government authority located in New London, CT.– Existing water street garage, which currently provides close to 1,000 parking spaces, will be expanded to add approximately 250 net new spaces.– This expansion is directly tied to one of the most significant developments in the city's history: the new coast guard museum, currently under construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026.
