(1) Vendor needs to provide water infrastructure repair and water quality improvement solutions engineering services to the government authority located in Bartow, FL. – Provide professional engineering services for water infrastructure repair and water quality improvement solutions for the agency to include preliminary and final design, permitting, bid phase, and construction phase services. • Design, permitting, bid and construction phase services in support of the following projects:– Water infrastructure repair– 21st century water quality improvement solutions• Project management services, including contract administration, budget management, invoicing, monthly status reports, project scheduling, coordination with agency and subconsultants, and meetings.• Support services, including subsurface utility engineering, geotechnical engineering, land surveying, and threatened/endangered species.• Preliminary design services, including data collection, site visits, and preparation of a preliminary design report.• Final design services, including preparation of design drawings, technical specifications, and an opinion of probable construction cost at the 60%, 90% and 100% design milestones.• Permitting services, including attendance at meetings, preparation of permit applications, and responses to requests for additional information (RAI’s).• Construction procurement support, including pre–bid meetings, responses to consultant questions, preparation of addenda, and technical assistance during bid evaluation and contract award.• Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services, including on–site inspections, review of consultant submittals, schedules, change orders, and pay applications to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications and conducting final inspection to verify and complete certification of project completion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
