(1) Vendor needs to provide false alarm management services to the government authority located in Kansas.– Provide comprehensive database management, billing, and accounting services for the administration of annual alarm permit registrations and renewals.– Provide a secure online portal that allows for the registration of alarms within the city.– Provide a software package that tracks and maintains false alarm data, alarm activation, alarm ordinance–related rules, letters, invoices, account histories, hearings and appeals, accounts receivable, and management reports.– Provide customer support services to assist users with the permitting process. Customer service hours of operation shall be available Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm central time, at a minimum.– Manage billing and accounting for false alarm activations, as well as handling collections for any outstanding balances.– Accept online payments for alarm registration and false alarm fees. Vendor shall accept payment at least by check, credit card, and debit card, and may also accept payment by other secure and appropriate methods.– Computer–aided dispatch interface: interface should allow for false alarm incident CAD data to be automatically retrieved or pushed to the alarm billing system provider.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
