(1) Vendor needs to provide risk management information system (RMIS). – The solution should provide the risk management division with a way to easily identify, mitigate, and reduce the operational risk of the organization.– Provide tracking and reporting of incidents, claims, assets, policies, and insurance certificates.– A comprehensive but user–friendly solution for managing an insurance and risk management program.– The RMIS should be flexible, reliable, and capable of accommodating future growth and changes within the organization.– A reduction in the total cost of risk by centralizing data, automating processes, and reducing redundant data entry.– Risk management data is currently stored in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.– Personnel management and payroll system.– Document management system.– Claims management.– Fleet asset management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
