(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Salem, OR. • Vacuum all carpeted traffic areas, including halls and aisleways. • Vacuum entrance mats, the carpeted floors around desks, chairs, cabinets, and remove all debris.• Spot clean carpet stains.• Clean reception area including but not limited to vacuuming, cleaning tables, reception counter, and desks. Wipe chair arms, legs, and clean chair fabric as needed.• Clean and sanitize restrooms including but not limited to polishing chrome and stainless steel, removing trash and restocking all restroom supplies.• Clean all entrance doors and glass doors, including glass partitions in office, trim molding, thresholds, and handles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.
