Basic Ground Maintenance Services - County Facilities

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to provide Basic Grounds Maintenance services for selected Leon County Division of Facilities Management (Facilities Management) locations detailed within this invitation to bid document (bid). Basic Grounds Maintenance Services includes mowing, weed eating, edging, hedging, vine removal, blowing off debris, and minor weeding, pruning, and mulching as needed. All services shall meet or exceed the performance specifications and requirements listed in this bid. A draft of the agreement for services is also provided as an attachment. Leon County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder(s) for any unforeseen additions or deletions that may occur during the term of the agreement, including temporarily suspending services during unexpected drought or other acts of nature that may slow the growth of vegetation.
