(1) Vendor needs to provide communications campaign service.– Communications campaign to support anti–money laundering reform.– Support media outreach, including development of story angles, media lists, journalist briefings, speaker briefs, interview preparation, and placement of agreed campaign materials.– Media outreach, digital dissemination and stakeholder engagement.– Campaign approach and messaging.– Content development and production.– Engage a communications company to design and implement a focused communications campaign that builds informed demand for anti–money laundering reform, translates technical issues into accessible messages, and supports constructive public discussion around transparency, financial integrity, and integration with the financial system.
