(1) Vendor needs to provide equity index investment management products and services to the government authority located in New York.• This search is for equity index investment management products, including capitalization weighted indexes, smart beta and alternatively weighted indexes, or any other type of indexed portfolio, such as those based on factors and limits on carbon.• In addition to selecting managers that may receive an immediate allocation of assets, this search may be used to select “pool” managers that will be eligible to compete for future allocations in the event the systems and comptroller determine there is need for new or additional managers, such as when a current manager is terminated.• The portfolios must adhere to Investment guidelines issued by the comptroller. Portfolios must be fully invested at all times, with limitations on the amount of cash. Custody and securities lending are not included in this Search. Derivatives are not currently permitted.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
