(1) Vendor needs to provide yellow ribbon event service. – Provide a safe, accessible, and professional venue to support the successful execution of the yellow ribbon reintegration program event.– Provide yellow ribbon event shall take place on Saturday, August 1st, 2026.– Provide facilities, lodging, meals, and support services that accommodate approximately 250–300 attendees and promote an effective learning environment.– Provide meeting spaces that support plenary sessions, breakout sessions, resource providers, family support activities, and other event requirements.– Provide facilities and services that comply with applicable safety, accessibility, and operational requirements while minimizing disruption to the event schedule.(2) This bid is set aside for service–disabled veteran owned small business.
